Bob Rosenbaum, a native Washingtonian, attended McLean High School, Northern Virginia Community College, and ultimately graduated from the Metropolitan Police Academy. He "served the public" until September 1994 when he left and began his career in real estate. Bob worked in the commercial real estate market in Washington from 1994 through 2004. He has been involved with The Associated Builders and Contractors, The Metropolitan Subcontractors Association, and is a Past-President of the DC Chapter of The Construction Specifications Institute.

Mr. Rosenbaum joined National City in November 2005 as a Senior Loan Officer. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a delightful degree of enthusiasm to the table. He enjoys helping people work through the maze of products to find the right solution for each situation. Bob currently serves as the Chair for the Afternoon Lead Share group for the Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce.

Bob lives in Annandale with his partner, their two dogs, and four ferrets.
